The Velocity managed support service is a fixed monthly fee per workstation, server and infrastructure which means you do not have to continually purchase support hours and receive unexpected support bills.
Our 24x7 helpdesk provides remote support to all our clients via phone and email, and our engineers will go onsite to fix issues that cannot be resolved remotely. This managed support service provides peace of mind for our clients so they can focus on their business rather than IT issues.
