Systems Engineer I
Provide level I remote and on-site desktop application and end user support in an enterprise environment. Will also assist project team on client’s IT projects. On job training and Microsoft training will be provided.
Fresh graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
Familiar with Office/Microsoft 365 applications
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
Systems Engineer II
Provide level 2 remote and on-site support on network and desktop application in an enterprise environment. Will also assist technical service team on client’s network and server maintenance. On job training and Microsoft training will be provided.
graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
1 – 5 years’ relevant working experience
Hands-on experience with Office/Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Server 2012 -2016 and Exchange 2010-2016 is essential
Ability to provide high level technical support to clients
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
IT Helpdesk Engineer I
Provide 24x7 level 1 end-user and desktop technical remote support
Perform PC and network maintenance, troubleshoot, upgrades and configurations
Monitor and manage the ticketing system
Answer and solve client’s enquiries via phone, email, and remote system
Assist Technical Service team on server maintenance and configurations
Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent subject
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk remote support, preferably in a related industry
Experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2019 administration / Microsoft 365 management / Exchange server / Windows Active Directory Administration / Server Virtualization
Troubleshoot skills of Windows desktop
Basic experience on network support and backup system
Good customer service and communication skills in both spoken and written English
Able to perform duties in both our Makati City office and work from home on a 24 x 7 shifting schedule
Good team player
Overseas assignments may be required
International exposure working in a global team
