Management Team
David S. G. Armitage
CEO
David has over 30 years of management experience, initially with the Royal Dutch Shell Group in North America. Since 1996, he has founded and managed several successful IT service companies in Asia. He holds an undergraduate in literature and economics followed by an MBA in International Marketing.
David is also a Governor and Past Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and a Board Member of the Pacific Basin Economic Council.
Stuart Sanders
CTO
Stuart has been in Hong Kong since 1993 and has over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering IT services and solutions in the SAR. For over 10 years Stuart ran his own company successfully delivering IT solutions to SMEs in Hong Kong and joined Velocity with his team in 2011. Stuart is responsible for the Managed Services division of Velocity and has a Bachelor of Engineering from Curtin University in Western Australia.
Michael Early
Sales Director APAC
Michael has worked in Hong Kong since 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in the sales of IT networking and security solutions. Michael is responsible for the sales of networking and security solutions throughout Asia Pacific, with primary focus on Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Michael has an MBA from the University of New England in Australia.
Wendy Ha
Regional Admin Manager
Wendy obtained her Bachelor degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has been with Velocity for more than 17 years. She is responsible for HR, Admin, Sales Admin within the Velocity enterprise covering different regions.
Eds Lacida
Risk and Audit Director
Eds joined Velocity in 2012 and has over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry. She holds certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). Eds has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines, and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia.
Ian Dacasin
Technical Services Director
Ian has more than 16 years’ experience managing IT infrastructure. He has led site deployments for multinational organizations, managing cross-functional teams and aggressive schedules. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
KC Consimino
Senior Client Services Engineer
Team Lead of Velocity Technology Manila Helpdesk team. KC has over 7 years’ experience in the IT industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Bulacan Agricultural State College.
Lawrence Lee
Senior Systems Engineer
Lawrence has worked in the banking and IT services industry for over 20 years. He manages the delivery of support services to many of our clients. He holds a BSc in Business Information Technology from University of Greenwich.

Norris A. Hickerson
General Manager
Norris has over 35 years of experience in the Hong Kong IT industry. He has previously held senior positions with COL/Wharf T&T and Systems Maintenance Services. Functioning in a variety of roles such as Project Director for Major Customers, Technology Director, and Director and General Manager, Norris brings a wealth of experience to Velocity Technology.

Stuart has been in Hong Kong since 1993 and has over 19 years of experience in managing and delivering IT and Security services in Hong Kong. For over 10 years Stuart ran his own company successfully delivering IT solutions to SMEs and Finance industry clients in Hong Kong and merged his team with Velocity in 2011 to create Velocity Technology. Stuart has a Bachelor of Engineering from Curtin University in Western Australia.

Michael is responsible for the sales of networking and security solutions throughout Asia Pacific, with a primary focus on Hong Kong and the Philippines.
